Tasmanian multicultural community members have shared their delicious and authentic recipes as part of the ‘Multicultural Kitchen: a recipe for success’ project. The recipes have been captured on video so viewers can easily follow along and learn from their own kitchen. MRC Tas will also be offering the featured dishes at its Social Enterprise Kitchen, so community members have the option to either cook the recipe at home or come and visit the Kitchen to give it a try – or both!
The recipes are now available on the MRC Tas Youtube channel.
The ‘Multicultural Kitchen: a recipe for success’ project was funded by the Healthy Tasmania Fund through the Tasmanian Government.

The MRC Tas Kitchen is located at the KGV Sports and Community Centre, Level G, 1A Anfield St Glenorchy. Open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm. Dine in or takeaway.
