End of Year Events
The Settlement Team is pleased to host two important End of Year events for Oromo, Tigrinya, Nepali, Karen, Amharic and Farsi speakers.
With bicultural workers providing language support the events encourage two-way conversation, so bring your questions and comments!
The Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program is for humanitarian entrants who have arrived in Australia less than five years ago.

This event has updates about changes and new services for communities.
There will be refreshments and feedback from what you’ve told us in the recent SETS consultation.
There will be a review of the settlement tips you have shared, and a prize awarded for the winning tip.

- Citizenship application form
This event has updates from a registered migration agent for visa proposers, and guidance from the settlement team for citizenship applicants.
There will be question and answer time for migration proposers who want to understand what the pandemic means for visa applications for family reunification.
There will be question and answer time for those preparing citizenship application forms.
