Migrant Network Employment Session

Are you a skilled migrant looking for work?

Has your:

• industry has been impacted by COVID-19?
• usual job seeking approach stalled?
• ideas for what else to try stalled?

This Migrant Network employment session aims to help you decide where to invest your time, and what actions are relevant for you.

We’ll do this by considering the current disruptions and re-thinking:

• What you bring to an employer (so you can apply for a broader range of roles)
• Ways of engaging employers and industry (for your immediate job seeking and a strategic approach for the future)
• How to re-package and present your skills for each role (your story through application and potentially an online interview)
