Mental Health Interpreter Training – HOBART (FULL)

The purpose of this full day training workshop is to educate interpreters, people working towards being an interpreter, or someone who frequently is required to interpret in their role (e.g. bicultural workers) on specific mental health information and Mental Health Services available in Tasmania.
The training will give interpreters confidence, language ability, understanding and competence to work in a range of mental health settings including acute and community as well as people experiencing mental health issues in other settings as required.
