If your feedback relates to a serious situation, we ask that you to contact us immediately by phone on 03 6221 0999. Our staff will make sure your call is prioritised, and you can request to speak directly to the CEO, Director of Services or the relevant Program Manager.
Do you need help to give feedback?
If you would like language support to give feedback, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450, say your language, and ask to be put through to us on 03 6221 0999.
If you would like face to face support to give feedback, you are welcome to visit our reception desk between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Tell the receptionist that you would like to give feedback and they will arrange someone to help.
